MANKATO (TEC News) -- A Waseca man was arrested early Sunday morning after he allegedly broke into the apartment of his girlfriend's daughter.Mankato police say the incident apparently started at a Mankato bar.
Jerry Lee Groll, 42, of Waseca was out drinking with his girlfriend, her daughter and two other men when an argument started.
Police did not say what the argument was about.
The four, minus Groll, went back to the apartment at 323 East Walnut street.
That's when Groll allegedly broke a bedroom window and entered the residence. Those inside called police around 2:32 a.m.
Police say in the process of entering the resident, Groll is accused of causing damage to a computer and a computer desk.
Charges of felony burglary, criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct are being requested by Mankto police.
Officers say when they arrived at the residence and knocked on the front door it was Groll who answered it and let them in.
