1.) Get one stamp for each 20 oz. (any TM flavor) Mountain Dew, Pepsi-Cola, Sierra Mist, and Aquafina purchased at participating retail locations. 2.) Fill out and mail your completed Fuel Up With Pepsi card (“game piece”) to: Fuel Up With Pepsi c/o Pepsi-Cola, P.O. Box 2202 North Mankato, MN 56002-2202. 3.) You will receive a coupon good for a free 12-pack of cans of your favorite Pepsi product (limit of three (3) free 12 Packs per household/address) and be entered in the drawing to win the GRAND PRIZE of one (1) $1,000.00 Cash for Gas. 4.) All entries for the drawing must be received by February 28, 2009. 5.) Two GRAND PRIZES will be awarded: one each in the Mankato, MN franchise and the Rochester, MN franchise. 6.) Winner must be 18 years of age or older. 7.) Employees of The Gillette Group, Inc., Pepsi-Cola Company of Mankato, Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company of Rochester, their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, distributors, suppliers, and advertising agencies, participating retail locations and their immediate families including spouses, parents and children are not eligible to win. 8.) Odds of winning are dependent upon number of entries received. 9.) No purchase necessary. To enter, hand-print your name, address and phone number on a 3x5 card and mail to Fuel Up With Pepsi C/O Pepsi-Cola P.O. Box 2202 North Mankato, MN 56002-2202. 10.) Prize drawing will be held in March of 2009. 11.) Contest rules subject to change without notice. 12.) VERIFICATION: All game pieces (collectively, “game pieces”) submitted for redemption become the property of The Gillette Group, Inc. and its subsidiaries and will not be returned. All game pieces are subject to verification at the sole discretion of the judges and anti-fraud detection devices may be used to verify winners. Game pieces will be void if they fail to pass anti-fraud detection measures, or if found to be photocopied, reproduced, altered, forged, defaced, tampered with, mutilated, stolen, unissued, unauthorized, traded, bartered, sold, illegitimately obtained or illegible in any way. 13.) RELEASES: GRAND PRIZE winners will be required to pay all applicable taxes and sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within ten (10) days of receipt before prize is awarded. If the required documents are not returned within ten (10) days of receipt, or if any mail is returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address, the prize may be forfeited. All winners, by acceptance of a prize, agree to release radio stations, television and cable stations, retail partners, The Gillette Group, Inc., Pepsi-Cola Company of Mankato, Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company of Rochester, PepsiCo Inc., Pepsi-Cola Company, its bottlers, their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, or promotional agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses of any kind to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while traveling to, preparing for and/or participating in any prize-related activity. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner shall be forfeited. Winner must consent to the use of his/her name, voice, picture or other likeness without compensation for promotional purposes in all media as determined by The Gillette Group, Inc., Pepsi-Cola Company of Mankato and Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company of Rochester.
